Gem Cutting / Smelting / Weaving

Master-Grand Master always seems to be between 250-300% of what you did from Expert and Master. Champion is double the amount of Master from Grand master, and Legendary is double the amount of Grand Master from Champion.

Lines with skill up numbers are from actual cases and not based on average information and "guesstimates".

Extra information:

# Dark ambers are most commonly used for skill increases and money, because you can carry 100 each time, while you can only carry 20 whites or 20 yellows. It is true white and yellow amber will increase your skill the most IF you can craft them efficiently.

# You will find white ambers to be the hardest to craft, don't be surprised to still find over 20% tarnished at Legendary level!

** - The chart for Gem crafting was supplied by Coolboyman from his experience going from Novice to Legendary, August 2007. He did not record how many ambers to go from Adept to Talented. I put in an approximate number based on other charts. The breakdown on which ambers he used is:

  Regular     Dark     White     Yellow
  Crafted - 15,907     Crafted - 22,434     Crafted - 1,254     Crafted - 2,376
  Well crafted - 4,643     Well crafted - 5,209     Well crafted - 343     Well crafted - 430
