This boss drops the Anneau de Fer which translates to Iron Ring. This item is required for Lethal Strike. I killed this boss about 5 times and never got a thing but the architecture in this room is very cool. I love the arches but it also makes it hard to maneuver and this boss is immune to blind so you can't really get away from him.
