Buya has grown from the small village of 3.0 to a thriving royal city ruled by Princess Lashan. Buya has all the shops you could need plus several that allow craftsmen to practice their skills. Buya is also located in a crossroads of sorts making travel easier than from other cities. Merely exiting one of the gates takes you to either The Vale, The Wilderness, The Islets (and then onto Forest Crossroads) or to the World Map that all cities access.
