Min-Kahn sits in Judgement over many tournaments. He also restores all vita and mana when he ressurects. The Barbarians are waiting for a fix which will change the NPC so that if you ask for a rezz while alive, he will kill you so you can observe. This is where the various tournaments are held and if you win, you will receive one of the legend marks below.
