Dye or Not to Dye. What a question...
Our general dye chart gives you a view of the basic 4 armors for every class in every concievable dye. Also included is a little history about each dye, and every known name.. So its more than just a dye chart! They are listed in no particular order. Remember, Dyes may not necessarily be available in dye form, but also represent the color of clothing. This is a complete list of EVERY Possible Dye in Nexus, which is 32. For more information on Dye, see the Dye information section. Spring - Merchant - Peasant Spring is not available in dye form, but is available as the base color to virtually every armor in the game (With some exceptions like wind armor). Basically, to get something in spring, you would simply bleach your armor. Merchant comes from the name of the rogue armor that's this green. Peasant comes from the name of clothes that's this green. Summer - Jade - Farmer Summer is available in dye sheath form as an elixir wars prize. Summer is the base color of every level 5 armor of every class. Jade comes from the name of the Warrior armor at level 5. Farmer comes from the name of the rogue armor at level 5. Autumn - Royal Autumn is available in dye sheath form as an elixir wars prize. Autumn is the base color of every level 16 armor of every class. Royal comes various armor names at level 16. Winter - Sky - Scholar's Winter is available in dye sheath form as an elixir wars prize. Winter is the base color of every level 26 armor of every class. Sky comes from various armor names at level 26. Scholar's is a name that the clothes used to have. The name was removed and they are now called Sky clothes. Ancient - Leather Ancient is available in dye sheath form as an elixir wars prize. Ancient is the base color of every level 36 armor of every class. Leather comes from female mage armor at level 36. Blood - Heart - Family Blood is available in dye sheath form as an elixir wars prize. Blood is the base color of every level 46 armor of every class. Heart comes from the female mage armor at level 46. Family comes from the male mage clothes at level 46. Earth Earth is available in dye sheath form as an elixir wars prize. Earth is the base color of every level 56 armor of every class. Star Star is not available as a dye within the nexus. Star is the base color of every 66 armor of every class. Moon Moon is not available as a dye within the nexus. Moon is the base color of every 76 armor of every class. Sun Sun is not available as a dye for players, but is one used by immortals. Iudicium, the former head judge, was famous for his sun dyed mantle. Sun is the base color of every 86 armor of every class. Black - Hyun Moo Black is one of the four colors available to all players at the arena for 20 coins. Black is representive of the god Hyun Moo, the turtle. Hyun moo also represents the poet path. Blue - Chung Ryong Blue is one of the four colors available to all players at the arena for 20 coins. Blue is representive of the god Chung Ryong, the dragon. Chung ryong also represents the warrior path. Red - Ju Jak Red is one of the four colors available to all players at the arena for 20 coins. Red is representive of the god Ju Jak, the phoenix. Ju jak also represents the mage path. White - Baekho White is one of the four colors available to all players at the arena for 20 coins. White is representive of the god Baekho, the tiger. Baekho also represents the rogue path. Brown - Level 99 Brown is one of the three special dyes available from the arena for 1,000 coins. It can be obtained once you reach level 99. It is listed under the dyer's "Special dyes". Gold - Wasabi Gold is one of the three special dyes available from the arena for 5,000 coins. It can be obtained once you reach 50,000 vita or 25,000 mana (Which is Wasabi rank) . It is listed under the dyer's "Special dyes". Dark Green - Super Wasabi Dark Green is one of the three special dyes available from the arena for 12,000 coins. It can be obtained once you reach 160,000 vita or 80,000 mana (Which is Il San rank) . It is listed under the dyer's "Special dyes". Sute Sute dye is attainable from the Mage Guildmaster in Buya. Simply say "Sute" and have 200 coins ready. You can only recieve the dye once every few hours. Lasahn - Buya Gold Lasahn Gold is attainable by those who have been assigned to protect Buya. They pledge to protect Buya and in return recieve this dye whenever they visit the kingdom announcer outside the palace. Mhul - Koguryo Blue Mhul Blue is attainable by those who have been assigned to protect Koguryo. They pledge to protect Koguryo and in return recieve this dye whenever they visit the kingdom announcer outside the palace. Sonhi - Barbarian Sonhi dye was attained during various Sonhi invasions. Some players retained it for an extremely long time, before it became the official dye of the Barbarian subpath. Barbarians can recieve the dye in their circle at any time. Geomancer Brown Geomancer Brown is available to Geomancers and those who have been deemed friends of the Geomancers may recieve it for one time. If they redye they cannot get Geomancer dye back. Sea Nymph - Wind This dye was worn by the sea nymph, and it flashed. It is seen on some of the current wind dye, but is primarily considered unattainable because only the warrior wind armor flashes. Immortal Orange Immortal Orange is a dye for Immortal characters only. This is how they stand out among us. During halloween, players can recieve this for a limited time, but it is removed from all players following the event. Grin War - Pirate Green This dye was Grin's color in the God War. It was also used to identify players who were pirates during the pirate invasions. It is given out for a limited time during the halloween trick or treat event, and can be retained by those willing to not get redyed in any form. Lin Skrae Black The dye was originall worn by the rat, Lin Skrae, on his first appearence to the kingdoms. It is given out for a limited time during the halloween trick or treat event, and can be retained by those willing to not get redyed in any form. Kismet War Blue This dye was Kismet's color in the God War. It was never attainable any other way, and players who still have it are far and few between. Shadow - Shade Shadow dye was the official dye of the Shadow subpath. When the path disbanded, many surviving members kept the dye to remember their calling. Some still wear it to this day. Bright Sute Originally the first Sute dye, it was too bright so Nexon replaced with the current sute dye. Noone has this dye and it is unattainable. Snow White A whiter version of the current white dye, it has such a tiny, unnoticable difference that it is a useless addition to the dyes. Its purpose is unknown. Flashy A flashy type of dye, which hasn't been seen since early 3.0. It is believed to have been replaced in the latest version with a new unknown dye. Former Super Wasabi This dye was used for super wasabis in early 4.0. It was removed for obvious reasons. Yeck. |
