Karma Readings:
Using the mind´s eye, the Monks can pear into the soul of others.
Forgiveness:
For those whose karma falls below the positive scale, the Monks are able to transfer
some of their karma into the souls who are in karmic debt.
Family Names:
The Monks have been given the duty to keep track of the various families in the
Nexus. If a group interested registering a family, they should search monk scroll
for details.
Vow Renewals/Oath Strengthening:
Bonding and rebonding is very important to relationships. After 5 Hyuls, a couple or
blood oathed pair can contact a guide, and request their bond to be renewed or
strengthened.
Food/Drink Blessings:
By having a food or drink blessed the restoring benefits will increase.
Service Hour:
A great group of Monks is reading karma, giving item blessings, and handing out
free advice to any passer-bys.
Gathering:
Weekly discussions of different topics usually having something to do with Monks,
how they live, and how they act. Some of the past topics were Karma, The Four Noble
Truths, sparring vs. violence.
Pebble Toss:
One must have good patience and hand-eye coordination to be able to toss a simple
pebble across a room through three or for Monks. Only five pebbles are allowed to
be thrown, and players must stay on the throwing line. Prizes will be given to
those who can throw the pebbles the farthest.
Jan Ken Pon:
The game is simple; there are three objects, a rock, a paper, and scissors. Rock
dulls Scissors. Paper covers Rock. Scissors cut Paper. All games will be best two
out of three, not including ties. Unless decided differently before the start. These
are usually in a tournament type form.
Three Poisons:
There are three Monk volunteers that represent one of three poisons: Greed, Anger, and
Intolerance. Once a participant discovers the location of each Monk, they are to write
the host a letter including which poison the Monk is and where they were found. Prizes
are awarded for the first three winners.

This is not awarded very often. It is usually given out through observing
those members of the community who share very keen beliefs, and show it through
living humble lifestyle.

should remember that one of the Monk´s strongest virtue is patience.

This one is a result of a series of marks, one for each aspect of the Eightfold
path (View, Thought, Speech, Action, Livelihood, Effort, Mindfulness, Meditation)
given to those who observed performing the respective aspect. Once someone has
gained all of them, the number of times they have walked the Eightfold path is
counted.
