The Final Words of Elder OblivioN
A Do is a Master of weaponry, and a martial arts expert. Yet mastery of one's weapon,
takes mastery of one's self. An intermediate swordsman uses their strengths and skills
to control the blade. But a master swordsman, a Do, uses the mind and spirit.
A Do strives to obtain an understanding for all things around them. The balance of the
Tao within a Do is very stable and strong. Always passive, always humble, and never
aggressive.
A Do avoids conflict at all costs, and never fights for honor alone, but will engage in
combat if victory means the maintaining of the balance within.
Young warrior remember these words:
If you seek the ways of the Do, only to improve and better
the ways of the Warrior... You will fail!
