New BIA General
Posted by: LeAnnder -- 8:10 PM EST

Recently, the 9th General of the Buyan Imperial Army, Mistermage, has stepped down from his position. This is his post from the Chronicles of the Winds:

"Dear Community,

I have just retired from the position of General of the Buyan Imperial Army.

This move has been some time in the making, as I reach the twilight years of my life. I have served the Army to the best of my ability, and believe I did an admirable job of holding it together in troubled times.

My life in these kingdoms has been, and always will be, dedicated to Buya and the Buyan Imperial Army. I am not leaving the lands or the Army, I am merely passing the reigns to a younger soul.

I wish all the best to my replacement, General Killeh, and know she will lead the Army to a glorious future.

~=MisterMage=~
~=Defender of Buya=~
~=Buyan Imperial Army=~"

Thank you, MisterMage, for all of your hard work you've done for the BIA. And congratulations to my dear friend and 10th General of BIA, Killeh! You will do great things for the Buyan Imperial Army.

New Head Judge of Nexus
Posted by: Vini -- 12:22 AM EST

It is not much surprise for many citizens around Nexus to hear that about a week ago (August 21st), Head Judge Teragg has decided to step down for his position of leader of the justice department. It just hasn’t been posted here yet because of some things that we needed to clear up before giving the readers some incomplete information.

For those who didn’t get to know Teragg face to face, understand that he is a very helpful, devoted and hardworking member of the community. His kindness and honor mixed together were surely one of the many reasons why he was the first one to be knighted with royal nobility by late King Yuri and Prince M'hul, back in Yuri 59. Lord Teragg, as he should be called, has dedicated most of his time to help those who needed. His humility and never ending good will were reasons why he was the chosen one to be my first Judge in Training. Lord Teragg's work to Nexus community has increased when he became Primogen of Bear Clan but the true blessing he gave to these lands started when he became Head Judge in Hyul 6. He, who developed the ISmileHere foundation and worked various improvements to Department of Justice, will be truly missed by all those who understand and appreciate the thankless job of a judge.

As his successor, the Assistant Head Judge Logorin was promoted and is a great person to continue the work left by Teragg and his crew. As the 5th Head Judge, Logorin will have a hard road ahead of him, but with patience, hard work and respect for the principles of justice and honor, he will put things working back full speed. Logorin thinks that the image of Teragg's work will serve him well as inspiration and as a role model. "Teragg deserves everyone's respect and thanks for what he did for Nexus' justice system. I hope I can manage to do half the job he did and I'll be satisfied", said Logorin. "Rest assured we’re working to get justice going full speed very soon", completed the Head Judge.

Nexus Atlas congratulates Head Judge Logorin on achieving his new position and thanks Lord Teragg for the great work he devoted to Nexus justice and the Kingdom of Winds overall.

New Covenant Primogen is elected
Posted by: Vini -- 1:50 AM EST

Last Friday it was announced that Gypsy Shisitsu was elected as the new Primogen of Covenant Clan. Shisitsu has been in the clan since Yuri 61, joined shortly after the Nagnang Army was created and served the Covenant as Primarch for three months until his promotion.

Primogen Shisitsu (middle) and his clan members celebrate together on their Chamber of Honor.

The Covenant Clan has been on lockdown since July 24th, when Primogen Wooderson was released of his duties for being away for more than 1 month without explanation. Since then, Archon JinSang was forced to restrain council members’ powers to avoid anyone from joining the clan after lockdown was put in action until the new Primogen was elected.

The voting process that resulted in Primogen Shisitsu's election took three stages. First the clan members had the chance to nominate other kindreds for the position until August 7th. The voting process was then divided in two phases: at first phase all nominees could be voted and at second phase only the five best voted ones were eligible. As the result, the majority of the clan voted Shisitsu to become their 19th Primogen.

Although Shisitsu has not been granted his Primogen powers yet, he has already started leading their clan back to its former glory. "The Covenant Clan has not vanished. It is through times of trouble that we emerge stronger. We have plans to be an active part of the community and look forward to continuing to serve Nagnang by any means", said Primogen Shisitsu. "We will honor our fallen prince and be strong within the kingdoms", he completed. When asked about the recent announcements of a formation of a new "Nagnang Army" independent from his clan, Primogen Shisitsu avoided opining much and preferred to just summarize it saying that Covenant clan supports it as well supports Prince Regent ChaeRi.

Nexus Atlas would like to congratulate Primogen Shisitsu on his new position and wishes him good luck on with his new duties.

Today's Reset
Posted by: Songa -- 12:25 AM EST

Wednesday's evening, the Gods observed the clouds and decided they needed some ruffling to rebalance some aspects of the Kingdom of Winds. With great effort, they reset with the following changes as a result:

  • Dharma clan received some changes.
  • The Muse Guild and Merchant Guild were rid of bugs chewing up their Circles.
  • The Geomancer, Merchant, and Ranger paths had a few things changed.
  • A warning will go out to those who are unaware of the God's daily resets of the clouds, if they are gone long enough to not be aware of such things.

Spells for those mighty Sa San were changed slightly:

    Nexus team, assemble!
Posted by: Vini -- 10:25 PM EST

It took a while, but KRU finally addressed the players regarding the GM status of Nexus TK. The situation they announced could not sound more promising and not even the most optimistic people could preview the scenario presented: from now on Nexus will no longer have just one GM working with us, but three GMs. KRU officialized Stein as our permanent GM and also introduced two additional GMs, Vyn and Nava, to provide support for Stein.

In the official statement made in Nexus website and Dreams Weaver board, Stein informed that they're are currently working on fixing in-game bugs and design issues, new content for Nexus, as well as improving and stabilizing the servers. The lag issue that affected the game weeks ago already generated compensation: each registered account was given 300 Kruna to spend as they like on Kruna shop. As a bonus, they gave players an interesting head's up: an event is in the works. What is coming next? Place your guesses and your bets!

The Kruna shop has also been updated and various items have been added back to the shop for sale. Here's the new item types we could find:

The Beach chests include 1 random box (Containing one or more items) and one free bank slot. All packages and individual items may be traded in game.

KRU Interactive also has addressed the players regarding the lag issues that affected the gameplay some days ago. According to them, they need to be sure the problem is completely solved, but for now, nexus players have not been experiencing lag for about a week. They promised to compensate all players who were registered back when the lag affected the servers. Here's a copy of the official statement posted on Nexus website:

We are aware of the recent lag issues with Nexus, we have addressed the problem and things should be back to normal. We will eventually provide compensation to all players, but we need to make sure the problem has been completely resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Nexus Team

Special thanks to Stein for posting a list of reset changes in Dream Weaver's board.
