Scribe's Mountain
To reach the top of Scribe Mountain to talk to Zephyr, walk to the stairway at
177/103 in the Vale and up the steps to 174, 094 to enter Mountain Ascent. Then
climb to the top of the mountain. Zephyr will teach scribe and alchemy skills to
mages and poets and has a few secrets of the wind to relate for those seeking the
fabulous Wind Armor!
